What is the sense of making huge ugly buildings without infrastructure? Isnt it extremely costy and inefficient. Where is the understanding of engineering? City planers and the importance of their job is even not on list. This is a hearthbreaking wasting act.Modernity and innovation is not building profit oriented ugly constructions; it is about creating well planed and designed space for people and environment.
